Order Confirmation and Contract: The terms of sale is when you place an order with IPAMO Limited, in this case you are affectively offering to buy our products. In response to this offer we will either send you an email confirmation and or request payment of this item through our website, email invoice or via third party provider. In all these instances a contract has been made between us. Payment is required once you have confirmed and placed the order, unless mutually agreed by both parties being you the customer and IPAMO Limited at agreed date outlined in an emailed invoice.
Invoice Payment: If you choose invoice payment, ensure timely payment as specified. Failure to pay within five working days of due day date may result in order cancellation.
Delivery: Goods are dispatched only after payment confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order due to stock availability, we will supply available items and refund the balance. Insufficient stock to fulfil order: In the case that order is made and IPAMO Limited cannot fulfil the order, either through the products not being available or there is insufficient stock to meet the order. IPAMO Limited will supply the items that are available and will refund the remaining balance of the items. All reasonable attempts to contact you using your details provided will be made with you on this matter and how we can best make this refund to you or alternatively payment will be made to account they originated from and/or in the cases we can’t make contact.
Overseas Customers: IPAMO Limited website is primarily services the New Zealand local market therefore all items are priced in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax. If you are an overseas Customer, the amount you are charged on your credit card for products may vary according to the currency conversion on the day of your purchase or the date of the charge to your credit card. If order and sale of products are made and requested to be sent overseas there may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country. You will be responsible for all delivery costs prior to delivery of the order goods and any other duties and taxes added upon delivery outside of IPAMO Limited that are not included in your order total outlined on our website or through any promotion platforms or any other sale platforms of IPAMO Limited products.
